Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered, except in the unlikely event that the jewellery is damaged during transit.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic and/or video evidence of:
- The damaged jewellery
- The packaging and shipping box as received
- Any visible damage to the outer packaging
- Your order details
The evidence provided will be reviewed to determine whether the damage occurred during transit. Claims without sufficient photographic/video proof may not be accepted.
If the damage is verified as transit-related, Yogeeta Enterprises (Sun Moon Jewellery – By Dimple) will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
